And you were shown to be incorrect.

Americans who believe being gay is a sin are now a minority —

A November survey from Nashville-based LifeWay Research found 37 percent of Americans polled said "yes" when asked if homosexual behavior is a sin. Forty-five percent said it was not. Seventeen percent didn't know.

That's a major change from LifeWay's September 2011 survey, when 44 percent said homosexuality was a sin, 43 percent said it wasn't and 13 percent didn't know.

Note, the poll was done by a southern baptist affiliated research group too.

Basically the FACTS are the exact opposite of your claim. Isn't there something in the big 10 about lying?

The Bible is clear, the Sun revolves around the Earth.

You guys do so love to butcher 4 vague verses in the Bible to justify your evil bigotry.

It's apparently ok to lie for Jesus when you're trying to destroy those evil gays.

Actually you just proved my point by quoting numbers from early 2013

From my link (From September 2014)

Fifty percent of all Americans say homosexual behavior is a sin, back up from 45 percent in May 2013.

You can't compare from one poll to another, and then cherry pick that change in value as your data point.

Apparently someone has never taken a statistics class.

even worse....from the OP Finn_Jarber:

Support for same-sex marriage approaches 60 percent in some polls and keeps growing
Seriously is this going to go like the pot legalization thing where you just ignored reality, and kept claiming victory using fake, misleading, or inaccurate data? Cause that gets old fast.

Let's say you are gay. How would you feel if the christian right made laws stating that you couldn't get married to your boyfriend/girlfriend simply because....well, there is no logical reason. Would you agree & say yeah, they're right. Why on earth should I have that same privilege as straight people do?
