Sounds like the man who has car elevators is trying to get that vote from the 47%.
Oh yeah! That is definitely what he is doing. Sounds like he has the same lousy advisers as last.
“Under President Obama the rich have gotten richer, income inequality has gotten worse and there are more people in poverty in American than ever before,” Romney said.
"The comments drew howls for good reason. The failed former candidate, as recently as 2012, dismissed 47% of Americans as lazy parasites and told a national television audience he’s “not concerned about the very poor.
Making matters worse, Romney espouses a far-right economic agenda, predicated on cutting taxes on the wealthy, which would exacerbate the problem on purpose."
Is he so oblivious that he doesn't even realize how he sounds? He might as well just say "I have gotten richer and you have become poorer." This is his 'populous' message?

The simple answer to the bolded question is yes. He is that oblivious. He has absolutely no clue what real life is like for those of us not in the one percent because he has never experienced it. So clueless that he thinks all he has to do is claim he is the anti-poverty candidate and that will be enough. What a tone deaf idiot.
I hope he is ridiculed unmercifully for his transparent idiocy. Maybe then he'll get the hint and go away for good.

Aside from classic good looks, JFK had a very quick sharp wit, charisma to spare, a beloved sense of humor, empathy for others not as fortunate as he, incredible intellect, served heroically in WWII, authored a book and won a Pulitzer Prize, did not work with Wall St. and investment banks to scoop up companies and lay off employees (nor would ever have considered doing that to working people) and had the adoration of many Americans.
Romney...not so much. We still are not even sure he is human. I want to see his Earth birth certificate.
Meh.
The poor folks in this country are never going to swallow anything Mitt says. And he's already burned a big hole through the middle class voters the first and second time he lost. Who does he have left?

The answer is obvious.
Yes, it is obvious: the people he has left are Republicans for whom he isn't a first choice but would rather have him than another Bush. If any of Paul, Walker, Christie, etc. manages to knock Bush into a sufficiently far back third place he's toast, but right now he's benefiting from anyone-but-Bush votes among the fairly large swathe of Republicans who want done with that family.
