Obviously there are a ton of variables. But if it was truly gloves off, destroy or be destroyed, there is not a country on earth that would exist one week from when the US decided it did not want it to.

A coalition of countries could slow down our offensive by having to keep many resources home protecting the mainland. But that merely delays the inevitable.

Sometimes, but there are countries out there that actually genuinely like us. And even among our "parasites", many of those countries would rather deal with us than with China.

If the German forces weren't being occupied by the Russians, the U.S. wouldn't have gotten close enough to drop a turd in Germany, much less an atomic bomb.

The Battle of Britain exposed weaknesses in the Luftwaffe. The RAF was able to mount raids over Berlin even during the battle of Britain, so dropping the bomb would have been possible. The Germans developed aircraft, that could have had effected the outcome of the war, but sustained bombing from the Western Allies, never allowed the scale of production that could have had a major effect.

I don't downplay the role of Russia. It made huge sacrifices, and mounted a huge counter-offensive, that the Germans never recovered from. Barbarossa turned out to be the beginning of the end for Germany. But I wouldn't downplay America's role either. It fought two wars in four continents, and supplied all allied forces with huge amounts of resources. To say the war would have been won without them, is to underestimate it's contribution.

Just ignore the OP. He's a self-hating American, one of these young liberals nowadays who hates the West and sympathizes with Islamic terrorists just because they're brown.

This isn't true at all. NATO allies went to war in Afghanistan on our behalf. They are true allies.

Yes, the U.S. does have a reputation for dragging other countries into the needless wars they start. Your comment suggests that the NATO allies were happy to join the U.S. in war, which was not the case.

Many were. The bond between the US, Canada and Western Europe is tight. They're happy to have the US on their side at the moment, with trouble brewing to the east and south. And we're happy to help. Your view of the US is far too cynical. Many nations appreciate the role we play in the world and are happy it's us and not Russia or China.
