Local media in India is calling it an "ungainly sight" to see Mr. Obama show such disrespect to the Indian people during the Republic Day parade on Monday.
At least they only have to witness the ungainly sight of Obama on the rare instance that he visits their country. Imagine how we Americans feel having to watch this clown on TV every week!
A former smoker (I believe) chews gum.....not really a big deal, but maybe gum isn't common in India.

A Parade? So you would just keep the gum in your mouth until you leave a parade, which can sometimes be a very long event? Lord help us if he needs to excuses himself to go to the bathroom.

Apparently it offended them. It is unsightly to be smacking on gum when meeting with world leaders... thought that was common knowledge.
Hopefully he doesn't eat a burger or steak in India next...

An intelligent person would have picked up on a little decorum after so many years as president.
