If the lady had been armed, how exactly would that have stopped that stray bullet from killing her?
The 3 kids should of been armed so they could have shot back at the people that shot their mother. The mother also should have been armed b/c the bullet may have missed her and killed one of the kids instead. In that case, the mother and 2 of the kids could have shot back. If they hit someone across the street we can only hope that that person is armed so they can shoot back at the kids/mother for shooting at them. Oh boy...
Now, since the shooting parties obviously knew how to handle guns, and all that's missing so far is the CCW permits, how is it that people obviously defending themselves with guns makes our streets safer?

I feel a lot safer walking the streets of my city knowing that people aren't carrying handguns....The US can have it's wild west gun culture, thank you very much...
