Does not seem to be a problem. Unless you tried to game the system or did not sign on to insurance. The latter everyone was warned about the penalty. One party even went so far as to recomend that people not sign up and pay the penalty. Sheep that followed that advise need to rethink financial advise from politicans and Faux news anchors.
So you are saying that, once again, the taxpayer should just bow to government extortion to avoid being persecuted by the government? Just be good little serfs working for the government?
Considering that the ACA is Obama's signature legislation and his legacy, he's sure spending a lot of time and effort trying to torpedo it. Maybe we should let him have another term, at the rate he's going he'll repeal it himself.
I know if I had a HC business to insure people and gave someone a bronze plan that costs $59 dollars a month for the individual but subsidised by the govt to the tune $912 a month and think its free money your wrong $10,944.00 is coming out of the taxpayers pockets.
Talk about fuzzy math Democratic style ...

The real problem is the millions who under estimates their income and need to pay back the subsidies.
Um... that's what they WANTED. Not even one R voted for that atrocity. Can't fix the Democrats' stupid. /SMH
Curious about whether reporting would work out to a month-by month mess, I called the Oregon exchange 18 (?) months ago and was told that, yes, a lot of people would be moving monthly (in either direction) between Medicaid and an insurance subsidy. (e.g. low-wage workers with work schedules that change weekly, plus low-wage workers in months with three paychecks - that third paycheck will push many out of Medicaid and into mandated exchange purchase.
Whatever they do, I am sure that it will not be enough. They haven't kept any of their promises so far. How would this be any different?
UMMMMM, you do know you can paste up to 2 lines of the article.....in order to give people an idea of what is going on???????????????????????????? That way more people can post something without having to go to the site and read the article...if that is what they choose:
WASHINGTON — Obama administration officials and other supporters of the Affordable Care Act say they worry that the tax-filing season will generate new anger as uninsured consumers learn that they must pay tax penalties and as many people struggle with complex forms needed to justify tax credits they received in 2014 to pay for health insurance.
