What are you HAPPY about????
That I live in a country where I can vote without getting shot at before or after.
That this country is one that people are fighting to get INTO not OUT of!
I have great job that allows me to take care of my family in relative comfort.
A great wife thats puts up with my occasional crap.
2 smart,respectfull, fun kids
This is just a short list! There's a line form an old movie "Always with the negative waves!!!!!!" IMHO to many people concentrate on the negative instead of the positive.

MODS; Please feel free to move this if think it should be
Now that is a good idea for another thread as, after everyone is done venting in this one they can go to your new thread to tell everyone what they are happy about and grateful for. Start the thread and I'll contribute!

Meanwhile, to get back on track, what really angers me more than anything else are all those Billy Mays commercials. I mean, come on, does he think everyone is a moron and will run out and buy those stupid gadgets or is he just getting rich on trying to make us all deaf!?

I am angry at how smart people take advantage of stupid people. Half the people will always be smarter than the other half, and I am angry that the smart half think the stupid half is a resource to be exploited for fun and profit.

I'm angry that our government is trying to strong arm Israel into yet another disasterous "peace" deal.
I'm angry that Bush has been in office for so long yet hasn't lifted a finger to arrest illegal aliens and throw them out.
I'm angry that people have such a warped view of the Confederate flag.
I'm angry about feminism having become absolutely mainstream. Now it seems almost odd for a person in some parts of the country to want to stay home and actually raise their children.
I'm angry that the Republicans get so much scrutiny about their religion and yet the Dems seem to get a free pass no matter how out there they might be.

Right on SJG! You're my type of woman.:-) You're dead on too about Israel. Jews are the masters of that land and I feel that only God can tell them when and who to give land too!

And what do you plan to do with your anger concerning politics?
Vote?

You are looking at it from the socialist sheperd stand point. Where the sheep get hands outs. The capitalist shepherds kill sheep, eat their meet and then make clothing from their wool. Then make plans for immigrant sheep to take their places.
