Easier to get published if you promote the social justice, current government, divide and conquer strategy.

The writer doesn't actually say it, but does everyhting to make you complete the conclusion. That is the latest teflon glove, no finger prints, media propaganda craze to curry favor of the current administration and its SJ minions.

Que conservative denial about not wanting black families to move into their neighborhood.

This has been going on for decades.

The American Dream has evolved to American entitlement.

The country is chock full of people, across all races / ethnic groups, who feel entitled to home ownership regardless of down payment, credit score, income and debt to income ratios.

[quote=PedroMartinez;38381972]Oh, so you are one of those people who believe just because you sacrificed and worked hard, you should be entitled to earn more than those who CHOOSE to do the bare minimum and not make any sacrifices.

Opportunity is just the start ;one then has to produce. That is what is good for the nation. Liberals are so self centered.

People who pay cash increase the certainty of closing.
People who pay cash in most residential markets use the increased certainty to pay less than the next guy who makes an offer contingent on obtaining a mortgage.

The execeptions are isolated to those markets that appeal to international investors who increasingly use US real estate as a safe deposit box for their funds. Such investments are also used for money laundering purposes. They have no intent to occupy such properties and don't care about ROI.

Cue black people pretending they don't hate gays, even though it has been going of for decades.

We always paid cash.

Some is our home.......some not.

Like the 500 acres we bought from the Sate of Michigan........I doubt if part of that land has ever had a humane footprint on it.

It's based on risk. In general whites have a higher income, more wealth, and better credit scores...hence, more likely to get approved for a loan as a lower risk.
