Thanks for the laughs.

I'd play along but you seem inexplicably confused by your own thread-fail.

I noticed your other drunk sex / rape thread got zero play so hey! - start another.

Even as a liberal female, I have a hard time excusing responsibility for women. If she can communicate, she's okay to consent, as long as she wasn't slipped alcohol (or drugs) without her knowledge.

Even s***-faced, I know what I'm doing - even if I regret it the next night. Guys sleep with girls they regret all the time and blame it on alcohol, but they never claim rape.

Now why would you say something like that? It makes you seem small and mean. Be in the thread or stay out.

So how do proponents of laws like CA's yes means yes determine consent while drunk? It's already against the law to have sex with someone against their will. I thought liberals didn't want government in their bedrooms? Please explain.
Wow, hahaha

Depends on the circumstances.

Though it's less common, the same should go for men, if he's drunk don't have sex with him, not necessarily because the woman is taking advantage of him, which can happen, but because drunk people do crazy and absurd things, and some form of assault may happen anyways.
So if the woman is drunk the man is taking advantage of her by having sex with her, but if the man is drunk then the woman isn't necessarily taking advantage of him by having sex with him? What happened to men and women being equal?
