Strange, people are always willing to jump on the USA and never other countries who's ideas/lifestyle are the same as ISIS.
There aren't any. Even if there are, it's not our business, we can not force people to accept our ways. We can engage them and hope to influence them but not with bombs.

Something Americans seem to be missing......ISIS wants to be engaged in "war" ISIS will not stop until every last one of them is dead. They're not looking for a good deal. ISIS has much more determination to turn the world to Islam/Sharia Law, than Christians wanting to turn the world to Christianity.

Wonder if this was the "fundamental" change our dear leader was speaking about? While people clapped President Obama had much more in mind.

How do you propose to engage people who want to kill you? Do you think those who had converted, then killed, hadn't tried that already?

Italy just better be prepared to handle this on their own, possibly the "fundamental change" was the world and not just America.

The "Rome" that ISIS wants is the old East Roman Empire. Imposing their caliphate on modern-day Turkey is their ultimate goal.

I'm not sure how many times I have to point out that I am not speaking about Isis leadership but rather those they absolutely must recruit to remain viable. People turn to groups like this when they have nothing and nothing to lose.

Sheesh, this isn't even about Italy. Rome is not Rome.

.....right?
Right. AQ didn't invade us. No one's saying Italy is safe from terror attacks. But there's no chance ISIS will invade them.

The USA's biggest ally in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, ISIS is just taking a step further. But both have been teologically influenced by Wahabbism

What an ignorant claim, why should we be killing innocents? Most of the men and women that are trying to cross the mediterranean sea are just coming here to live a better life, but i believe that our governemt should keep track of all the Muslims who enter our territory through Lampedusa after being rescued by our Coast Guard.
