After watching House of Cards I'm not trusting any politicians. They are all bad. Lol

He can drastically reduce maintenance expenses at the white house. What has Obama been doing lately besides making stupid faces for the camera?

Ah yes, where the majority could dictate the rights of the minority. Gotta love those "morals."

If you feel the need to vote (why anyone would is beyond me) just vote for a person without a degree.

I've scrolled through this thread, and there is one thing no one has proved or answered: How does a person having a college education make them a bad fit for being an elected official?

The only thing I'm seeing is alot of anti-intellectual mentality.

Actually it doesn't, but not having a degree doesn't either.

The main point I'm trying to drive home is this. The way the thread started, the message was "college educated people shouldn't be elected officials". And there are some who agree with this. However, no one has been able to say how being college educated makes a person unfit for public office. My point was "if you're going to say something, back it up with some solid evidence and facts".

I think their evidence is that the vast majority of our elected officials are college graduates and look at where they have taken us. While I question the correlation, the evidence is there and is a bit compelling.
