The EB-5 (visa for sell) industry is virtually unregulated, it has become a magnet for amateurs, pipe-dreamers, and charlatans, who see it as an easy way to score funding for ventures that banks would never touch.

That law really should change. China has well over a billion ppl and could easily overpower US real estate markets as they are currently doing on the West coasts and East coasts.

That's probably why so many out perform US students, despite attending the same public schools so many here love to bash.
