if netanyahu had wiped his ass with the star spangled banner during his adress to congress yesterday , he would still have gotten a standing ovation

the adoring attitude towards israel by the american political class is truly cultish

WHY? He's been crying wolf about Iran's nuclear threat for 20 years now with none of the proof you apparently deem important for credibility.

WHEN will people learn disagreeing with someone who happens to practice Judaism doesn't make one an anti-Semite?

EVER?

Say what you will, BiBi is a P-O-L-I-T-I-C-I-A-N and believing an Israeli politician is somehow automatically more trustworthy than one of any other nationality is just silly.

The people who disagree with Obama don't believe his nation has no right to exist.

And?

What Americans disagreeing with Netanyahu are saying Israel has no right to exist?

What Israel has no right to do is to expect America to place Israel's interests above America's in setting American foreign policy.

It is in many places on the web but this appears to be the earliest reference:

The demise of global communications security / www.onlinejournal.org/Special_Reports/092105Madsen/092105madsen.html

U.S. intelligence sources report that the one Israeli who is considered an extreme threat to U.S. national security is former prime minister and current prime minister hopeful Binyamin Netanyahu. Not only has Netanyahu visited convicted Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard in his North Carolina prison cell and advocated strenuously for his release, but he was once overheard by an ex-CIA agent as saying to a group of his supporters, "Once we squeeze all we can out of the United States, it can dry up and blow away."

Wayne Madsen - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (crackpot?)
"On June 9, 2008 he reported that unnamed "GOP dirty tricks operatives" had found a Kenyan birth certificate registering the birth of Barack Obama, Jr. on August 4, 1961. "However, the registration is a common practice in African countries whose citizens abroad have families with foreign nationals."[50] This birth certificate was a cornerstone of the "Kenyan Born" subset of the birther conspiracy theories, and Madsen's article was cited in a Washington state petition challenging Obama's eligibility to serve.[51]"
Squeezing all it can from America is preferable to the Iranian constitution and all the violent rhetoric coming from other friends and foes. Even Michelle wasn't proud of America as she advocated 'we have to rewrite our history'.

Harvard bio, born in Kenya. Which obama should we believe?

HRC campaign started the birther movement.

Obama has denegrated the USA far more than Bibi in his obama apology speeches.

Looking at Netanyahu crying wolf over Iran for the past 20 years, at claims of Iran being "months " from nukes for years now, he seems as obsessed with Iran as Bush was with Saddam Hussein and there's precious little evidence that following an obsessed politician in tilting at their personal windmill is a good thing.

Pretty much all the people on this board.

Israel's existence is in our best interest, or maybe you think a radicalized Muslim "nation" would be preferable in that location?

If all the nations surrounding Israel were not dedicated to it's destruction for no other reason beyond the fact that they think the Jews are swine, we would not be dealing with any of this. The Israel "problem" is not the fault of the Israelis.

Do you have any links for your claim that he's been crying wolf for 20 years?

Specifically? Or are you just confused, equating disagreement with Israel's actions with saying it has no right to exist?

Or maybe you just have a vivid imagination attributing thoughts not in evidence to people.

I've read any number of people in these forums alleging Iran has vowed to destroy Israel yet every time they're asked specifically WHERE/WHEN they have no answer. I've heard them say they'll live to see the end of Israel but not vow to actively cause that end.

Whatta ya got?

And even IF they have, are mere words cause to go to war? After all, Khrushchev vowed to bury us yet here we are, still above ground, no war needed.

Nor is it the fault of America or America's responsibility to resolve.
