People have always been entitled to emergency heathcare. Obamacare has changed only one thing. People with Obamacare polices are using the emergency rooms as after hours doctor visits.

With one exception. Hospitals are now getting paid. There are some recent studies on that aspect. More reading/education for you.

Your response is nonsensical. No hospital can turn away any person needing emergency care. It's not rocket science.

They can if they don't have room/staff to handle the overflow. BTW, that happens in Houston. More reading for you.

Well duh. If an ER cannot care for a patient due to being full capacity it is reasonable that they would refer them to an available emergency room.

No place else to go so they camp out overnight in front of ER doors to have a chance for entry the next day.

No point in responding to you further. You have a months worth of reading to do to catch up on issues.

You are clueless. Emergency rooms do not close. There is no "camping out". Patients presenting to the emergency room are triaged.

Where in the world are ER's so busy that people have to camp out overnight to gain entry. You don't even have that in DC
