So they labeled it 4 Pinocchios specifically because he used an absolute. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

The article itself says the pipeline only sets aside 10% to 12% for American oil and that it only creates 35 jobs.

Using the word "mostly" or 90% , it would have changed this rating from 4P's to "True"

but you are hinging on this as if it is a victory.
