Indeed, I do. Who did you think pays for it? Santa Claus?
Back to the point... I'm cheering for you and other liberals to step up to the plate and voluntarily pay for others' access to health care. Come on... DO IT! Deeds, not just words. Put your money where your mouths are.
I hope the SC upholds the ACA law AS WRITTEN, and not "what we meant for it to say". Regardless of so called intent, the language in the law is clear.
There is precedent for interpreting intent of language in a statute. It's called the Chevron deference. And the intent seems clear, since the whole law collapses without the subsidies.

Gruber has been taped multiple times explaining the intent.
And remember, he was the only one specifically discussing the restricting clause, which appears 11 times in the ACA, and its intent.
"My plan begins by covering every American. If you already have health insurance, the only thing that will change for you under this plan is that the amount of money you will spend on premiums will be less," Obama said. "If you are one of 45 million Americans who don't have health insurance, you will after this plan becomes law
It also shows that people without insurance going up from 13 - 25 million, or did you just miss that?
NO it doesn't
WHERE does it show that?
The 13 million to 25 million numbers have a MINUS SIGN before them - indicating that's the amount the number of uninsured DROPS BY.

Gruber: "What’s important to remember politically about this is if you’re a state and you don’t set up an exchange, that means your citizens don’t get their tax credits — but your citizens still pay the taxes that support this bill. So you’re essentially saying [to] your citizens you’re going to pay all the taxes to help all the other states in the country. I hope that that’s a blatant enough political reality that states will get their act together and realize there are billions of dollars at stake here in setting up these exchanges."
