It could be both.
But whether or not i know or don't know...or if something or nothing is being done, i'm not answering that question regardless.

It's because nothing is being done. Hard to feel any sympathy for a group that refuses to help themselves.
it's not exclusive to blacks. Why are blacks more obligated to help the black community than you are?
OK, then set the standard and tell us what the Black community is doing, and what you think the white community should be doing to 'measure up' by doing as much as Blacks are doing.

How do I know the White community supports such actions? By their votes: 59% vote Republican, 39% vote for Democrats.
The majority of Whites would like to see policies in place that would help Blacks, actually ALL Americans.
