Give them what they want. Let the lawless rule themselves. Any one with a brain has likely moved to a more civilized city. How do all these people have so much free time to protest? Doesn't anyone actually work in Ferguson?
People need to learn you got to EARN respect. Violence, looting and destroying other peoples property isn't going to get it for you. Not earning your keep isn't respected either. For some strange reason there are people that think it will but it only earns contempt.

If I commit a crime I'm not going to get any breaks why should you? Because of your skin color? People are really sick of that attitude. Now go out and do as other Americans is expected to do and get yourself a voter ID without complaining it's too hard.
That's the problem, people expect breaks and everything handed to them.... As vista said... because of skin color. Don't and they cry like a bunch of babies.
