It happened to me in an exurban/rural area. I've jumped and beaten up, in my subdivision and in school. I also got shot with a paintball gun. A few times it was White skateboard types. Another time it was the "redneck" types.

Some skater types did beat me up in the late 1990s. And these were not "Neo-Nazi" types. These were the neighborhood bullies. A few of them have done times for breaking into houses. You might not believe what I'm telling you, but I'm speaking on what I experienced. One of them vandalized my house.
No. Brown/Wilson involves the local police itself potentially in the wrong, so the DOJ has to step in. Some gang beating up a girl is strictly a local police matter unless the gang is somehow employed by a local government agency and is acting on its behalf.

There's no such thing as the scenario you just mentioned there. It's only suspicious if the cop is white. Try running an internet search for black cops shooting people.

I don't know what was up with those skaters. Like the "urban types", they sagged their pants and did alot of dumb things. And one thing to consider. WSHH is about getting attention. Said persons don't mind the attention.
Another black on white hate crime. I guess when dog bites man, the DOJ does not care. When man bites dog- that is news.
