Tell me the, how one qualifies for the privilege of marriage, other than being above the age of consent.

A civil marriage is not a privilege like a driver's license. Marriage is our right as Americans where we are free to marry any consenting adult we wish to marry.

Religious marriage (marriage conducted by a rabbi, priest, reverend, etc.) is, not secular or legal marriage. Stop confusing religious marriage with civil unions (marriage by law.)

You and your partner, assuming all is on the level, is cheating them out of something invaluable in their formative years. A boy needs a mother figure just as a girl needs a father. The balance each other.

You say "them"? Are they both female who have never known a father figure? Unconditional love sounds good...but does not make up for all they will miss.

But there are many single parents so your reasoning doesn't make sense. I'm not sure what you think these kids will miss. They have the love of 2 parents and that's really what matters isn't it.

The *next* thing coming? Gay adoption has been legal in nearly all states for some time now, and gay couple adoption is already legal in about half the states.

For particulars, see - Where Is Gay and Same-Sex Adoption Legal?

Just like if GOD marries a couple, He doesn't need man's court
to sanction it.
So, if they want to think they are married, that's to their own
making, and they will be held accountable for it before GOD.
Will god have chicken or beef? I need to tell the caterer.

This might be the funniest thing I have read online, I will have to tell my wife this one for a good laugh. We didn't need your god to get married and I highly doubt your god is gonna care that we didn't first ask his or her or its permission before getting married.

I wonder if God knows most of these folks shack up and play house before getting married? And yet the bride still wears white. They are mocking your God.
