Some of the highlights:
It repeals the ACA act, and claims to save 2 trillion over a 10 year period.
Uses Paul Ryans Medicare changes to turn it into a system of subsidies for private insurance. for those born after 1959....cutting 913 billion from medicare spending over a 10 year period I presume.
Increases military funding by 40 billion it appears.

Just some initial highlights for folks. Basically its more generational warfare. I love the "only those born after 1959" part....what? Afraid that the older people might get upset?

But really? We need MORE military spending? And we need to screw everyone under 56 over for medicare? Nice.

How about the Democrats budget proposal? When can we expect to see that?

It has been what, five years now since they last presented one?

$40 billion is pretty basic, and with inflation, it is a cut, according to Democratic math.

So ACA which is according to Democrats, "private" insurance is good, but giving old people the very same "private" insurance that ACA relies upon is

"screwing" them..

It's much more important to keep our nation's government military-industrial complex well maintained and prosperous than worry about anyone's health care problems. But then if you're in a splendid state of fine health, why worry about the state of the nation's health care in the first place?

Actually most democrats I know would prefer we all went to a medicare based insurance solution. So yes, many believe that downgrading seniors insurance is bad.....
