Well, Indonesia is listed as a Tiger Cub economy. Malaysia is a better example: it's a Muslim-majority country, is not a petroleum state, and their economy has been doing very well in recent years; according to the IMF their GDP (PPP) per capita is $23000, comparable to Latvia, Hungary, and Chile, so Malaysia could be considered a developed country in the near future.
I don't think that has anything to do with religion; plenty of Christian countries have lower GDPs than Malaysia or even Indonesia, and what religion a country adheres to is not in and of itself strongly linked to economic performance anyway. In fact, considering the very low per capita GDPs of the overwhelmingly-Christian southern half of Africa, the average per capita GDP of Muslim countries is likely closer to Christian countries' than one would think.
In any case, this (from Jakarta) isn't exactly what I'd call a stone age scene.
Obama blamed Bush for ISIS a just couple of days ago.
Hasn't he been in Office for 7 years now?
Bush started the Iraq War. The war destabilized the whole region. The group Isis evolved from was created and bloomed while Bush was president. Bush is a big reason why Isis exists today.
And there's no reason to believe can change that or should attempt doing so.
President Obama thinks Iran will come around to being reasonable.....what are the chances of a country of crazy people with nukes that hate the world coming around to being nice.

Stone age is referring to a backwards mentality, but you knew that.
Showing buildings and modern ammenities is a rather poor deflection/ excuse for islamic barbarism, gay hatred and intolerance of Hindus, Christians,Buddhists, Jews, women and not to mention free speech.

What are the chances of any two-bit leader with nukes putting their own ass on the line knowing they'll be vaporized if they get frisky? They can talk all the trash they like, they're chicken-s**ts when their own butts are at stake, when's the last time we saw the Ayatollahs putting themselves in harm's way? And it doesn't matter if they're 'nice' or not.
