That was the clear demand, wasn't it? Do not crack down in black cities because it's racist. Do not interfere. Do not get involved.

We always go to Baltimore at the end of summer every year for a weekend, not sure if we will go this year.

Unfortunately, this was predictable. What cop is going to put his neck out there and chase down a perp when he knows the community is going to take the perps word over him? None, normal human response. The grand standing Prosecutor only made the situation worse.
