Got to give the man some credit. He did his homework and is already collecting 2 state pensions and is going for a third.

That would bring his annual pension from all three to over $100K a year.

I argue with a county sheriff all the time over this issue. She is convinced she doesnt make enough, and that her union is to thank for her making what she is, because without them, she would be making minimum wage.

Sounds like Illinois needs to close some loopholes in its pension eligibility requirements.

Yeah, this guy is a leach. But if the loophole is there, someone would eventually take advantage and try the same thing.

I hope he loses in court and that his legal fees aren't cheap.
