We won all battles in Iraq and the surge under General Petraeus worked......too bad the clueless Obama took all the ground forces out of Iraq against the advise from the Joint Chief of Staff for political reasons.

We also won most military battles in Vietnam......we lost the political war at home.

Please, don't compare our Armed Forces to the French....its an insult.......like i said the only thing they are good at is surrendering.
If permanent occupation of a country is the definition of winning, we can not win. We would be far more hated in the middle east than Israel. It would only cause more attacks here. Is that what you consider winning? There is no way you can win in Iraq under any circumstance.

how are the extremist Islams in France working out?
You have to get some new material. So the French are only good at surrendering? If not for the French we would probably still be a British territory or colony (maybe wouldn't be a terrible thing). The French know how to fight and die in wars more than most.

Any country, including the US in 1940 would have lost to the German Army given the same circumstances, being right next door with no buffer (we have the Atlantic Ocean). The Red Army, the Germans and the French had the most well equipped, powerful armies in the world prior to WWII. The US was way behind, 17th I believe.

We would have surrendered too.

Going a little overboard, maybe we should do the same for North Korea and Russia why single out Iran.

And who is gonna pay for such an exercise? Why should American tax dollars go toward enforcement of something so burdensome when Iran is no threat to us?

What you're begging for is full blown war with Iran. Frankly, I don't know why you guys like poking grizzly bears with sticks.

It's not a war you'll win. What is it with you folks? You like losing wars or something?

Face it. The French know more about that part of the world than we ever did or ever will.
And they have urged Obama to not make a crappy deal with Iran.

And still no one can explain why a deal was necessary.

Why did the goofy f**k in the WH do this?

Explain.

So. Americans will be the judge of the deal, not the French.

Your interests have nothing to do with this country anyway. You want a deal that benefits Israel.

I want a deal that's good for the United States and if it JUST SO HAPPENS to be good for Israel, then fine with me. But if it isn't, I won't lose sleep.

France and Europe have many more problems with terrorist among them than we do and Iran is a supporter of not only terrorist groups but Syrian government. France does not want Iran to gain more influence in the region just a Saudi's and other moderates don't. They do not see allowing them nuclear development has worth it considering their recent history. Remember Obama and Kerry stated that Syria used WMD's in present conflict and yet they want to trust the Iranians who along with Russia are their major arms suppliers?

Really. They have more problems?

When was a 9/11 scale attack ever perpetrated by Muslims against Europe?

Still waiting for a reason why a deal was even necessary.
