I'm afraid of what they'll consider a domestic terrorist in the near future...
Not me. It's pretty clear what a domestic terrorist is now and I'm pretty sure the definition will change very little in the future. Right wing extremism is probably going to continue to play a big part in domestic terrorism...

I'm worried that they'll include self-defense against police as "terrorism", for example. They could twist things around and label anyone who resists as a bad guy. I believe in standing up for your rights, civil disobedience, etc. (never any initiation of force, obviously) and they could very well label that terrorism or "endangering public order" or some BS.
As a disclaimer, I don't expect this WILL happen, although it could at some point. People seem more interested in being taken care of than keeping their rights, so I won't be naive and say it can't happen.
A terror attack can happen on.water, from the air, or out in the middle of nowhere. It's damn near impossible to train soldiers to prevent a random terror attack. Get real.
We need urban training for places like Fallujah.
Especially when the perpetrator is already known to the FBI.
You can't think on your feet if you don't have any experience doing so.
[which is what this is for]
You can train without building a sports stadium to train in. The options aren't spending who knows how many millions or not training at all.
