In all likelihood, this will be Indiana's last NCAA tournament.

As I understand it, the issue is bakers not wanting to have to participate in gay wedding ceremonies by making gay cakes with gay figurines on top. This isn't exactly the same thing as "refusing to serve gay people." I doubt any baker in the U.S. has ever said, "No, you can't buy a cake from my shop because you're gay."

liberals and the media are confused about the law.....they take any reason to get defensive and bring up the gay issue...this law has nothing to do about gays or gay marriage.

All Hillary and the DNC have to do now is adopt a slogan for 2016 that hopefully puts the Repugs into a deeper hole: "We Serve Everyone." I wonder why there are so many crazies in the Republican Party?

Religious Freedom is already guaranteed by the Constitution. You tell ME, a liberal, why this law is necessary?

No, he's arguing they have the right to ignore the law because of their bigotry. Fine, they can be bigots. So long as they're bigots who obey the law.

I encourage it! By all means, who am I to stop them from letting us know they don't want our money. This isn't about freedom of speech though, but about business practices.

you might disagree with someone's ideas, but you can't use the state to punish them for it if they aren't infringing on the rights of others.
They aren't being punished for their ideas but for their actions, by which they infringe on the rights of others. If sexual orientation isn't protected in a given state, then the bigot can act on his bigotry and more's the pity. But the articles that get posted here tend to concern things that happen in states in which gay people are not regarded as second class citizens. They started a business in a state where they aren't allowed to do X, they did X, they got busted for X, and now they're crying that they should be allowed to do X because of stories they were told as children. Screw 'em.

It's ironic how conservatives spend so much time screaming about their devout religious beliefs, yet their very actions go completely against the teachings of the person they claim to be following.
