Ice cream has no bones. (Your comment is non-sequitur - self-ratifying gibberish claiming things not in evidence, with no merit whatsoever.)

Of course, but if judges were as you insinuate, then we should just program a computer and take humans out of the equation entirely. One of the reasons why Sandra Day O'Connor was an important addition to the SCOTUS was because the SCOTUS was making judgments that were affecting women without having the insight of being a woman. That left cases that had gender relevance decided exclusively by people who has no legitimate way to discern between two equally-constitutional alternatives.

So what if they identify as liberals? Would it also bother you if they identified as conservatives?

Just because someone is rich doesn't make them Republicans. Most of the news networks (reporters and owners) donate and support Democratic Party candidates over Republicans. During the 2008 election, reporters from most news networks were seen giving standing ovations to candidate Obama's speeches they were assigned to cover as impartial reporters. Some people only get their news from CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS, CNN, and their local newspaper. If that's your only source of news, you're getting a very pro-Democratic Party view.

She is hispanic. By common definitions being of Cuban descent makes you hispanic. He is as much hispanic as obama is African.

"Librul Bias" according to Republicans basically means ANY source of information that isn't presented with an extreme right-wing bias.

I mean hell, they've set up their own conservaternative reality. They've got their own wikipedia (conservapedia). Their own news sources (talk radio, FoxNews). Their own goddamn colleges (Liberty University, Hillsdale, University of Phoenix ). Their own religion (which in no way resembles Jesus).

Basically anything that exists outside their self-imposed bubble, they consider to be persecution.

Obviously this is the way Republicans view "mainstream media" as well. Otherwise why do they need their pet source for truth?
You don't see your own bias at all, do you. You obviously aren't going to accept any point of view that disagrees with your opinion that media is fair and unbiased and not tilted so far to the left it's amazing it hasn't fallen over.

There are many absolute truths in life, saying there aren't is just another way of trying to justify your own bias.

There is more than one way to exhibit bias. A news outlet can be biased in what they simply choose to ignore and not report as much as by spreading misinformation. If, for example MSNBC never reports negative stories about Obama and only reports negative stories about the GOP - even if they're all true - isn't that biased? Now if you have CNN, MSNBC, CBS, Huffington all doing the same thing wouldn't you expect honest, thinking, people to look elsewhere for real news?

Assuming she wasn't a famous hollywood actor:
If she shot a 17 year old black attacker the media would call her white.
If a white cop assaulted her the media would call him a racist and her latino.
