Because there are more white police officers, because white people make up the majority of the population. Followed by blacks and then quickly followed by hispanics. Duh. If there's more white people in the nation, more of them are going to be police officers.

The important question is why are so many white murder victims (84%) murdered by such a small population (~6% of the population are adult black males.... Who in turn murder 93% of blacks who are murdered, and 84% of white murder victims.)

Funny how many of the "dead police victims" turn out to be criminals with a mom, grandma and aunts in the background babbling about how "he was a good boy that was turning his life around".
