Black children and black American people as a whole seem to hate themselves seeing as how the crime and murder rate is rampant in their communities. The jail incarceration demographics speak for themselves.

I am aware the news media tends to highlight white police shooting black citizens, usually highlighting the shooting as a racist agenda for the entire department, but that is very different than some one has documented and tracked statistics that demonstrate it as fact.
The media will report (on a local level) black or other minorities shooting whites, but it rarely rises to a national story and generally dies within a 48 hour media window.
I am dubious that such a study with those statics you reference (white cops statistically more likely to kill blacks in an altercation than other race/minority combinations) actually exists beyond perhaps a few individual municipalities.
