How has Hillary not committed a crime here? She gets to determine unilaterally and in private what is a government email and what is not?

Hillary herself, has justified all of the Benghazi "conspiracy" theories by destroying government property after congress requested it.

No, emails don't get deleted. She can wipe the whole server but that about the backup? What about the people who received her emails?

Thats pretty much the way I'm reading the stories I've read.. they scrubbed the data.

if the stories are true, then me giving her the benefit of the doubt is out the window. Who goes through such steps to delete things that doesnt contain harmful information.

Doesnt sound like there is a backup and you'd have to know who she sent emails to, in order to retrieve copies of them from the recipients.

If you are involved in some "bad" activities, you sure in hell arent coming forward to disclose the emails if your the recipient

Pay particular attention to the phrase "possess and control" - it will be Hillary's (and her co-conspirators' at State) downfall.

Its posters like you which cause me to lose respect for Democrats.

Wrong is wrong, illegal is illegal, and such. When you start to defend wrongful actions, you lose far more credibility than those who conducted the act.

Kind of disproves the talking point about being the most transparent administration ever i'd say.
