They chant Death to America and he is working out a deal where they can get Nuclear weapons? I'm just curious how you are ok with this and the fact he doesn't support Isreal?

#1 What exactly gives us the right to say who does and doesn't get nuclear weapons?
#2 Who cares about Israel? Why exactly are they our responsibility to support?

Wow. Iran obtaining nuclear weapons can wipe Isreal off the map. Let alone the start of WWIII.
And Israel has been our biggest alie.

Sounds like you oppose a deal without knowing if its a good deal or a bad one. I'd rather find out before making such declarations.

Iran has been sending signals for some time that they want a better relationship with the US. Given the volatility of the region, it makes sense to develop working relationships with any country there that wants one.

No, they don't love us, and we don't love them. But that isn't the issue. Our founders thought that the US should not have friends, only interests. I think that's how all nations actually act, including Israel.

Iran has the technical and economic capability to develop nuclear weapons and will do so regardless of whether the US approves. We have exactly zero control over that. So the smart thing to do is to develop some kind of working relationship with Iran. Exactly because it is Israel that could suffer the most if Iran feels it has nothing to lose and actually uses one of those weapons.

Some are OK because they get paid.

You mean the biggest lie? Israel has nothing but a pain in our behind. Had we not supported Israel so unilaterally, we wouldn't have 9.11. We fought and bled for Israel more times than we can count.

Besides, if you understand the middle east policy a little, you would know it's the Saudis who are scared not the Israelis. Iran, the Persians, have more hatred against the Arabs.

Yes, we should negotiate with Iran. With them being open, it would be far easier to monitor their nuclear program.

LOL...

there was actually a person on this board that suggested Iran had a moderate government now and therefore it was a good deal...

Now, I wont suggest everyone who supports this deal is delusional, clearly there are some among us who are....
