There should be zero politics in these decisions.

Maybe they could have given him a rats heart.

Hopefully they are using whats left of his body parts as donors. Heart still might be good

Too bad he didn't shoot himself with one of his many guns while taking selfies before the transplant.

What a loser. Scroll down and you see he has one of those meme things, "Hit Share if God Powers Your Day". God powers him to stand in front of the mirror with a gun every other day? And call women "hoes"? What a charming child.

As for the debate itself...

Part of me says we should not be playing "God" in who lives and who dies, and do we really want to start denying people life when we have a way to keep them alive? The other part of me says, "this little sh** took an organ that could have been used on someone far more productive than he was, and he did not deserve it".

Both are "emotional" so I have no idea which one is right.

All life is valuable or it's not.

Make up your minds.

Some life is more valuable than others based on how one has chosen to live their life.

A transplant should go to someone where the transplant is most likely to succeed. Now two people are dead because of politics instead of one.

Ending the unconstitutional ban on selling organs would solve shortages quickly.

Also, it's more about putting limited resources to best use.
