gee really?? the point is that it sets down what government is allowed to do, and NOT allowed to do. the bill of rights extends to ALL people in this country, and as recent scotus decisions have shown, neither the federal government OR the states can impinge on the freedoms listed in said bill of rights.

really? who? most everyone i know grew up understanding that the constitution is a federal document. in other words you have no point to make, so you spout off about nothing.
