Same thing happened here in PA, test scores dropped dramatically state wide the year after they were audited.

The financial crisis happened in 2008. And no, the Obama administration has not prosecuted
any of them.

Kicking the feds out of education would do wonders in disincentivizing this crap...both the almost religious devotion to standardized testing and the financial incentive to go so low as to falsify the results of said tests.

Let states handles their own schools, damn.
