Thanks, I suppose there is some truth in this, but it's all created by lawyers in a self replicating manner.

Warren Buffett likes Barack Obama because they are one in the same; big money, populist, opportunists.
You just made a statement I agree with, combined with the lunar eclipse I'm pretty sure that's a sign of the apocalypse.

Money has no political affiliation.

Buffet is an astute investor and very money smart.
While he calls for more taxes on the rich he has hedged himself to pay very little.
And those policies tend to hurt the middle class the most because they are the ones investing and saving for their retirement. The rich already have their money and are hedged themselves to avoid taxes.

There is one big aspect of every transaction.... Cavet Emptor.
Buyer Beware.

I find buyers remorse, plays a big role in, thinking you were taken.
Educating yourself after the sale results in, demanding the government investigate them for fraud.
When a little educating yourself before the transaction, would have steered you clear.

Another attempt at government keeping us safe from ourselves and our own choices.

All well and good, and I said the same thing about the subprime mortgage when that was a big controversy. And the payday loan business, which seems to be an issue every year in the state legislature where I live (WA). My solution is not to do business with such outfits.

That said, any business model that begins with the idea of preying upon human weakness is not a business in which I would invest, or in which I would be willing to be involved.

But Warren Buffett is.

Sure it is...because rightwingers say it is. And yet, you only ever hear rightwingers talk about worshiping politicians. Why is that? (Psst: It's called projecting.)

Perhaps you should read the article. What free market? Without regulation, look at how Clayton conceals and deceives. That's what happens when there is an unregulated monopoly operating.

As for the quality issues, most of these manufactured homes are built to a higher standard than traditional homes. We own rental property and can attest how quickly residents can destroy a home. Coffee and dog urine and motor oil ruin $50/yard carpet as quickly as Home Depot contractor-grade carpet.
Mobile homes arent bought using mortgage documents, they are titled as automobiles
