I guess anyone who isn't homeless is just plan greedy... if you think everyone should make the same amount of money, I suggest you move to an island that has zero inhabitants because they never existed ANYWHERE in the world... so stop robbing from someone above you and start working, or you could just whine and demand handouts..

I already do work...see my definition above. Physical labor.
Greed has little to do with income and more to do about people in general. The poor and the wealthy can be greedy, the difference? The wealthy have to work to earn their money and the poor have to steal (i.e. entitlements, progressive taxes) from the wealthy to get theirs...
I've never understood this notion of rich=greed. I've known some well off folks who are anything but greedy, and struggling people who are the very definition of greedy. A lot of people who are rich got there not by being greedy, but by living in their means, working hard, being ambitious, capitalizing on opportunities, and managing their money well, as well as being lucky in some cases. Being rich should not be considered a negative. Sure there are some greedy rich people, but there are greedy people in all economic classifications. And no, I'm not rich! But, I hope to someday not have to live paycheck to paycheck, like I do now. And no, I don't want any handouts from the rich! They earned their money, it's theirs, and I don't want it! Otherwise, if or when I do get rich (fat chance - but it doesn't keep my from working towards the goal), I'll be expected to hand over all my money. In that case - what's the point of even trying to get there?
Wealth is greed, because if you can survive on LESS, why wouldn't you?
Speaking for myself - I choose not to merely "survive" -
That's why?
