Maybe so, but I'm not sure. He sounds just like a lot of DARE officers around here. One ignoramus DARE jerkoff told a group of first graders that they could die from marijuana. Sickening, disgusting and immoral. A six-year-old was interviewed by the local news, and he seemed quite frightened.

Totally agree! Someone smoking a doobie in the privacy of their own home doesn't harm anyone!

Unless you're a minor, then it shouldn't be a misdemeanor to smoke it period! Nor should it be against the law for an adult to purchase it! Legalize it and it will significantly reduce the black market surrounding it!

It's easier for kids to get drugs that are designated as illegal street drugs, because...guess what? Drug dealers don't ID. In the case of cannabis, treat it like alcohol with the same stipulations! 21 and up, no selling to minors! As for driving under the influence? The same penalties apply as with DUIs regarding alcohol.

I don't support the war. It was lost around 1985 but we still haven't pulled the troops out.

Which is what drug users want us to do

As a citizen and a policeman living in a community heavily affected by drugs.. oxy.. heroin.. meth and marijuana I KNOW the citizenry hates drugs because of their votes to try and control them

War... if it was a war we would win it fairly easy by practicing Sun Tzu..

But we are dealing with human beings who are sick... and it isnt so black and white
Thank you for my next band name.

Yes. Stupid people who know that garbage is illegal yet they think they won't get caught.

Tough.

I support very little of this part of the "justice system" because it has very little to do with justice. If it was fairly and evenly applied, I would feel different.

Bill Gates?

He shunted IBM, only to become GBM.

Thank goodness for Steve Jobs!

You know the old saying... "money talks and bull**** walks!" And that is the flaw in the system.
