Anyone who believes there are different standards for determining racism depending on what color a person's skin is, is clearly a racist, regardless of the spin-job explanation that they follow up with to try to explain their racism away.
a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to dominate others or that a particular racial group is inferior to the others.

The best part of being a human is that you don't have to play games based on social constructs (which race is). Just don't acknowledge the construct.
A Black person could keep telling themself that racial constructs don't exist but that doesn't mean that they won't experience racism in society. Simply ignoring it doesn't make the problem go away.
If, as claimed, black racists don't matter then neither do racists of any other race. To allow one without protest just makes you a racist, no matter your race.
I don't think I ever claimed that a black racist ruined my life
I'd love to see you try to explain how a white racist ruined yours.
Don't worry, I'll wait.
Well, I can talk about the time I was pulled over for no apparent reason and had my car searched.
Or the time I was called the n-word by ignorant ****s who drove by in their car.
Nothing as life ruining as some of the black youth getting murdered for looking threatening, though. Tell us how a black racist has affected you.
