The FACT sheet before the FCC took over the internet:
January 2015

http://transition.fcc.gov/Daily_Rele...C-331869A1.pdf
The Order will not impose, suggest or authorize any new taxes or fees–there will be no automatic Universal Service fees applied and the congressional moratorium on Internet taxation applies to broadband.

"May" (where taxes are involved) always EQUALS ===> WILL

In 1914, a worker had to earn more than $459,188 to pay more than 1% of his or her income in federal taxes.

My how times have changed!

Only a nitwit would think an Internet tax will remain a couple bucks a month.

I dont mind a couple of bucks when its for something I willingly purchase that has a tangible benefit.
Its when a couple of bucks is lifted from my pocket and given to someone else with no benfit to me that gets my ire up. What nitwit would be okay with that?
