Now, the article only mentions New York City and it doesn't even imply that just teens are doing this sh*t. Below is a much better link that contains the following fact (my italics):
"Such attacks are becoming more frequent. Across the nation, anti-Semitic incidents are reaching historic levels. In 2018, there were 1,879 recorded attacks against Jews and Jewish institutions, according to the Anti-Defamation League. That was the third-highest year on record since the 1970s, when the ADL first started tracking anti-Semitic attacks."
As far as WHY no one is talking about this, it is because it is not being widely reported, and as far as why this isn't being reported more, I honestly don't know why, although I can guess -- and this guess contains the words "doesn't fit their agenda".

Of course, this should come as no surprise at all. Today's democratic politicians have been doing everything in their power to start a race war against whites, and probably Jews. The hate coming from the left is quite palpable, they don't even try to hide it any longer. Doesn't "the squad" talk crap about Jews and Israel on a regular basis? We already know democrat politicians have been encouraging much of the violence and rhetoric against whites, so it wouldn't surprise me if they are quietly encouraging the same behavior towards Jews.
We know democrats envy the wealthy and people with businesses, and they believe in stereotypes, like Jewish people being wealthy and owning businesses, more so than other people. That alone is enough to earn the scorn of 50% of democrats.
Try posting a news story abou a Jew getting assaulted on a primarily liberal forum, and watch what happens: posters say they're tired of hearing complain about it.....they turn it around and say Jews need to stop playing the victim card....and then even insist that when an Orthodox Jew in full traditional garb is attacked might not have anything to do with his being Jewish.
It's the Democrats' new M.O. when it comes to antisemitism by anyone other than a "white nationalist" - they downplay it because they are banking on winning the election by painting the other side as antisemitic. It loses steams when there are antisemits on their own side.
(Cue up the liberals bringing up the fringe group from two years ago who said "Jews will not replace us." The same old example, year after year.)
