Indian culture is not racist. It is biased and prejudiced. Indians in "India" are Indian, all the same, no other ethnic groups. They do have the caste system though.

Same for Middle Easterners. They are different ethnicities/tribes/religions. The race is the same.

I know a lot of African-Americans, mainly because I have lived in some communities where they are the majority population (I am 100% Caucasian). Yet I have NEVER personally met a black supremacist. And most of those who get the publicityaren't even black "supremacists." They are merely saying that black people deserve each and every thing white people have. But because they present their views in a hostile fashion, white people over-react.

For every organized group of black supremacists there are in the country, there are far more organizations like White Aryan Resistance (WAR), neo-Nazis, the Ku Klux Klan, Volksfront, the Christian Patriots Defense Leagu,; National Association For The Advancement Of White People, Christian National Socialists, etc. They are far better organized and are armed to the teeth. But don't take my word for it. Read an academic paper on the subject from a PhD at Missouri State University.

As long as people inhabit the earth, no.

People will categorize themselves into groups - making them 'like' those in that group and 'different' from those "other" groups.

That in itself will help to expand those differences thus helping to breed racism and/or discrimination.

This. Racism exists in every country, all over the world. It's far from a black/white issue.I don't see discrimination or racism ever ending, frankly.
