I am beyond shocked! This is, unequivocally, Political Correctness at its very worst! That Judge needs to be removed from the bench immediately!

This is a case of it being a dumb idea to insult a sitting judge while you are in his court.

If I were robbed by an asian person and were sitting before an asian judge, I would have to be a special kind of stupid to make disparaging comments about asians while inside that courtroom.

If you are going to insult a judge, do it outside of the courtroom where they can't punish you for not respecting the bench.

How did they insult the judge?

By not walking away ashamed from the guilt trip handed down to them from the bench.

They were ungrateful.

None of that happened.

The judge pounced on the opportunity to be righteously offended, on behalf of some murky agenda.

The judge is a stupid opportunist.

His mind is a crime.

Having read about this case from a couple of different articles, where exactly was there mention that the girl's parents were telling her that black men were bad? It seems to me that after that incident it was the little girl HERSELF who became afraid of black males and told her parents that. So where and when exactly did her parents 'indoctrinate' the girl to dislike black males?

And hypothetically even if her parents did start telling their daughter to be wary of black males, why would they be wrong in doing so when not only do the statistics and news stories support such caution, but they were ACTUAL VICTIMS OF CRIME committed by black males?

And don't you think its pretty damn hypocritical that blacks tell you that you shouldn't be wary of them even after you've become a victim of crime by them, yet when blacks are a victim of police brutality they IMMEDIATELY paint ALL cops as racist and biased against them? So its perfectly fine for blacks to see all cops as bad after a relative few incidents of police brutality, but its NOT OK for non-blacks who are victims of black crime to be wary of black males? REALLY???!?! >_>

The black men who committed the home invasion and who held the little girl and her parents at gunpoint are the ones who should be held responsible for the daughter's new fear of black men. The judge's unwillingness to recognize this very obvious fact is interesting.

Actually, it's quite disturbing. Being a nation of laws, we have to trust that our judges will make rational apolitical unbiased decisions. This judge showed he is incapable of this.

I think the criminals are the ones that fostered the fear of the 3 yr old, not the parents.
