True. It just seems to be a lot worse or maybe the internet has gotten much worse in that aspect. Bush Jr certainly deserved a lot of criticism but the vitriol was pretty bad. I never thought he was a monster and he seemed like a cool dude but was just merely a pawn in the grand scheme of things. However, it's much worse since the 2008 election.
The monkey thing with Bush Jr is because is actually resembles one a little bit and the perceived lacked of intelligence.
I'd say that most presidents are pawns in the greater scheme of things. George W's accent, country-folk demeanor and gift for saying the wrong thing at the wrong time made him come across as an idiot. Pseudo-conspiracy theories claim that Dick Cheney was running the show the whole time, etc. I think that's all just a load of BS. Liberals are just like anyone. They believe that they're right and that everyone who disagrees with them must be a moron - so writing George W off as an imbecile was obvious to them. I'd say he was a lot smarter than liberals gave him credit for. Had Al Gore been POTUS, I think 9/11 still happens and we still would have invaded Iraq. On the big things like that, there is precious little difference between the two parties.
From a pretty neutral point of view, I think the blind hatred of George W was actually worse than it's been with Obama. Hating on Obama has been even more restrained than we saw with Bill Clinton (before Monica Lewinsky). Any criticism of Barack Obama must be carefully scrutinized to ensure it is racism free, and that has kept many conservative voices from being as outspoken as they otherwise would have been.

A lot of folks have some weird ideas about presidents. They're just a bunch of folks trying their best to do the best job possible in a truly difficult job.
President Bush loved America, and did what he thought was right based on what he knew or was told. I might disagree with what he decided, but I know that he did what he thought was the right thing. Obama, Clinton, Reagan, all the same.
If companies don't hire illegal immigrants Americans will have no choice but to pay more for those goods and services.
If tarrifs on imports were increased to make imported goods cost what it would cost to produce those goods in the U.S. then more U.S. workers would have jobs, then there might be a demand for illegal labor to do those things citizens can't afford to pay for today. And it would help to establish a standard for wages to pay U.S. workers who might be willing to take those jobs that illegals have today.
Since they're such a spot on description of her she probably shouldn't have made such a perfect list
"polarizing," "calculating," "disingenuous," "insincere," "ambitious," "inevitable," "entitled," "over-confident," "secretive," "will do anything to win," "represents the past," and "out of touch."
One thing you cannot call Hillary is, Trustworthy...
