Add politicians to that and I'll completely agree. Neither side of the aisle has any real interest in doing anything about this and the American people get hurt.

Incorrect. We voted for them. So we are responsible for bad behaviors of the politicians.

Of course if this is brought up.....you all of a sudden hate teachers! They reported a teacher who runs a department makes at least $450,000 a yr......and they want us to pay their pensions????

Once we find out votes are bought, makes one wonder how much the voting people did vote them in.

I think term limits should apply to Congress, then we will have real voting.

What do you mean "bought"?

Term limit has a different kind of problem. If you put a term limit, no politician would work for the constituents who elected them. They would just work for their own interests since they wouldn't have the job anyway.

Yea I get you. We're small business owners and don't have the resources to support bloated campaigns and stop Obama from demanding we pay higher taxes while the big guys get around it.

Democrats flooding the market with cheap labor, Democrats in power and the rich get richer and you still don't get that Democrats are for the rich? What do you need a brick to fall on your head?

I don't know anyone that hates workers. I do know some people that hate the actions some people elect to not work and become leeches off the workers.

Democrats are the party of Big Government, and the mega-rich often fnd themselves in a position to benefit from Big Government programs. A little subsidy here, a loan guarantee there, tax breaks for following the will of the social engineers – it all adds up.

It's funny the useful idiots who complain corporate welfare but they can't see that it's those very corporations that they rail against who benefits the most from big government (Banks, health insurance companies to name a recent beneficiaries during the Obama administration). Taxing the so called rich who skirt right past the increase only to end up increasing taxes on the upper middle class.

Rational thought can be hard work.......

Likely the reason most libs avoid it all costs.

Quick! Why do Democrats just believe everything their masters tell them?

See answer above^
