Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Thursday spoke out in favor of giving driver’s licenses to undocumented immigrants, taking a firm stance on an issue that hurt her during the 2008 election after she seemed intentionally vague on her position.
So after opposing it in 2008, now she's in favor of giving illegal aliens the legal privilege to drive. I honestly don't understand how anyone is in favor of giving someone who is illegally in this country any privileges at all, especially allowing them to drive.

Not only allowing them to drive, giving them a license will allow them to fly, as the TSA accepts any type of govt issued ID. Again, I fail to grasp the concept that anyone thinks that allowing illegal aliens to freely travel around the country is a good idea.

How did it hurt her in '08? Was it because those who aid and abet their illegal alien relatives, friends and employees didn't like it?

Ah, yes, the flip-flopping and pandering now begins yet once again---and both sides are guilty of this.

Supposedly, the licenses that illegals get are supposed to have something on them saying to the effect that they are not to be used for ID purposes, which means they can't use them to get on planes. Or is Hilary now pandering with plans to give them the same licenses the American citizens and legal immigrants get.

That said, I won't support anyone who wants to give DLs to illegals.

The TSA has said they would be accepted.

At this time, TSA accepts both compliant and non-compliant driver’s licenses and state-issued IDs. When an individual presents a driver’s license or state-issued ID with ‘not for official purposes,’ ‘not for federal use,’ or similar language imprinted, the TDC officer must accept the ID using the procedure in Section 3.2. In the future, TSA will implement a plan to fully endorse the REAL ID Act, including changing the procedure as to these licenses.

All the Clinton's need is the horns. They are the devil's pawns. They've sold their collective soul for power.

And does she really think Americans are going to believe that she's "evolved" on all these issues from a mere 7 years ago ?

This is true - she was for Illegals have a drivers license in 2008 - UNTIL she got a lot of questions about it and some bad press - THEN, she announced the day before one of her debates that she was Against it.

Now she is FOR it again - BUT that could "change" if she thinks it would be to her advantage to Flip-Flop-Flip-Flop ..... again.
