Yeah, we have laws that specifically prohibit things like human sacrifice. Boy oh boy, that really puts a damper on some religions out there... Well, the constitution says we can't do that so religious freedom I guess huh?

LOL

We do need such a law. Unfortunately the Constitution allows it as long as the person gets due process.

Wait on one thread you are calling for a constitutional amendment denoting the U.S. as being a Christian nation. Now you declare Mormons as not being "real" Christians. So who decides who is and who isn't a Christian in your "Christian nation?"

Honestly, I have a problem with the constitution and any document back then since women were deemed inferior and had no say. I think this is why so many are questioning it these days. Maybe the freedom is letting go and to let people believe what they want.

Fact is, women are still inferior to a man. What make them equal.... A gun.

The Supreme Court ruled in Hobby Lobby that some private companies could be exempted from part of a federal law because of the religious beliefs of their owners.

I think you need to have the secret decoder ring. When I was a kid, three box-tops sent to Battle Creek MI would get you one. These days, with inflation and all, who knows?

Yes, the freedom to travel and the freedom to express yourself... Your choices: leave/walk away or Confront.

So does that mean a business owner can ban hiring Jews, because his religion says they won't go to heaven?
