I feel sorry for the kids. Why did they get arrested? Looks like the lady has a history of conduct violations, I can see why the mom would get the boot, she acted like she owned the pool. The kids look scared though and I think it's pretty sad. It's sad to subject your kids to that knowing what the outcome will be.
The pool has a right to ask people who don't follow the rules to leave and if they get threatened they call the cops. America is free just beyond owned property. We tend to forget that here.
It's hard to tell now a days what is a photo op or the real thing. With the "we have rights" comments over and over again it sort of seems played for the camera shoot. I've seen more and more of this lately.

It will only get better.
Lawyers and videos are being produced in record numbers. Lots of folks with the time to watch them getting ideas. Courts, 24/7 media, politicians and the Internet seek to fuel the fires. All authority (not just police) is under more pressure than ever.
The government operates however they choose ignoring historic rules and roles. Every ('special') segment of society is under assault by someone or at least they think so (even whites and Christians). More people of other cultures are jumping into the mix than ever. History is rapidly becoming verboten and is continuously revised to fit the new model.
The momentum has been building for decades and is really moving now. Every day there is a new issue of some kind. No wonder the government has talked of civilian forces, federally trained law enforcement, and some say they've been buying up ammunition!
The times they are a changin'...more fun ahead for everyone. Time will tell.
