The sad this is, what is taking place in Baltimore has taken place before, and not just in the 2000s. This goes way back, even before the Long Summer of 1967.
Police is murdering citizens, ethnic groups that managed to form normal communities are leading the way in the protests... Whites really have things to learn here.

It does happen, not nearly as often as portrayed. Most "whites" want people punished when it is in fact a case of murder but would like the facts to bear out that conclusion before destroying a city. What's the lesson to learn?
Have they been holding signs representing Communist groups?
I don't think that people like those that attend Johns Hopkins University and are paying $64,000/year to go there are advocating communism. Sorry to burst your reductive bubble.

It has been in the news, police murdering people, this is not just one accidental incident. This is common practice. What facts do you need ?
It's now Razzle-Dazzle time ....... Madam Mayor & Police Commissioner Batts have both announced on Twitter that they have kicked the Gray case to Baltimore City State's Attorney (Baltimore Prosecutor). It's in her hands now. Her husband is Nick Mosby, who is the Rep from Freddie Gray's neighborhood.
Mrs Mosby is Black and just took office in January 2015. She has strong support from Madam Mayor.
I'm sure that Madam Mayor and Superintendent Batts are thrilled to be kicking this Football to Mrs Mosby. Her only response so far is that she will not b.e holding a Press Conference at noon today - also announced on Twitter.
Should Mosby decline to bring charges in the Gray incident, Pettit said he has “grave concerns” about the reaction.
“My concerns are whether or not a demonstration can be controlled or maintained by the organizers,” Pettit said.
Pettit and Gordon also expressed confidence in Mosby, with both saying she will base her decision on the evidence before her.
“I think this is a defining moment for Marilyn Mosby and her administration,” said J. Wyndal Gordon, a Baltimore solo practitioner.
But Gordon added he believes the community’s response to Gray’s death will be a factor in her decision.
“A prosecutor’s job is to listen to the victims,” he said. “I hope she will do what’s best for the community.”
Mrs Mosby has a real problem and her entire Political future will be effected - no matter what she does.
The MOB is only gone to accept an Indictment of Voluntary Manslaughter (at the least) OR Murder. Both of these charges will have to PROVE that the Police officers which would require proof that an officer intended to harm Mr. Gray. An Indictment won't be enough - she will have to get a Conviction AND it will have to hold up in Courts of Appeal. The "intend harm" has already gone to the US Supreme Court.

Yes, indeed, it did, and your right....plus, now we ask, in 2015, have we progressed?
Think about it people....have we progressed or regressed? And why?
Lack of moral, academic, & intellectual education.....
one has to wonder and start asking self questions.
Yanno what would be interesting...those riots of 67, I wonder by chance, if we'd make a study, of all those people who were involved in those riots, back then, in CA weren't they? How many relatives of those same rioters, got themselves out of poverty, where are their relatives, are they working or did they quit schools, join gangs, what? That is what we should be asking ourselves, b/c evidently, they are the very same people....different day, different year.
I haven't seen any white rioters. Is isn't really their thing.
Guess you are blissfully unaware of the riots that occur after sporting events.
Mostly white fans set fires, valdelize businesses, buses and police cars, throw bottles and bricks at the police, shoot and knife each other.
