Wonder how that young lady would feel if she went into a restaurant and was refused service because of her race by an owner who along with Rand Paul feels that he/she can refuse service to anyone for any reason since it's a privately owned business? Isn't that what Rand Paul has said in the past?
So you're telling me that ONE random person made a comment on twitter, and some 19 year old girl gets to be on the national news?
I am seriously in awe of how low Fox News has sunk.
I guess the newscaster making ridiculous comments about liberals stoning people to death is perfectly fine, though.
But I can understand why people were angry at her, considering Paul's opposition to affirmative action.
What you miss is that the 'ONE random person' is representative of thousands of others. Go read the thread on Bruce Jenner coming out as a conservative. Check out what James Clyburn, #3 ranking House Dem, said about Tim Scott. Clyburn: Tim Scott Doesn't Vote His Color | The Daily Caller
Remember what they said about actress Stacy Dash when it became known that she was a Republican. Or Tamara Mowry when she married a white guy who worked for Fox News. There are endless examples of this syndrome coming from the left.
How can you say what blacks would be thinking. You don't know what blacks are thinking NOWADAYS....let alone 60 years ago.
And therein lies your basic problem, DD. You believe in a kind of groupthink. There is no such thing as "what blacks are thinking." Thoughts are not a function of skin tone, or at least should not be. Do yourself a favor and watch the video linked in post #1, and learn something from a thoughtful young lady.
And BTW again, the term "Uncle Tom" is a misnomer. Have you read Uncle Tom's Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe? In the book, Tom is a heroic figure, arguably intended by the deeply devout Stowe, who was the daughter of a preacher, and who married another preacher, as a 'type of Christ' figure. Jesus vs. Tom and Eva in Uncle Tom's Cabin
Black females shouldn't be the only ones slammed for supporting Rand. Everyone in his camp are misguided...
LMAO Spoken like a true Obamabot. A complete failure on economic and foreign policy. Rehash the same things that don't work, just change the hand picked winners and losers. Just another absurd tabloid post of yours that wont discuss policy.
Economy humming right along? Never ending wars in the Middle East making us more safe? Thought so.

Ummm....there IS a "what blacks are thinking." It's an amalgam of different thoughts, but it CAN be condensed.
It's just that YOU don't know what those thoughts are, nor do you need to know.
American Liberalism is, at its core, an ideology of hate and bigotry. Liberals spend so much time patting themselves on the back telling OTHERS to shape up, that they don't see their own racism.

It can be condensed...what does that even mean???? There are not black thoughts, nor white thoughts, only individual human thoughts.
